A bait agent device comprises a container and a gel luring bait. The container comprises an opening and a pot body that is downwardly extended from the opening to form a containing chamber. The gel luring bait installed in the containing chamber of the pot body of the container is configured with a plurality of fracture cuts that are capable of increasing evaporating area. The bait agent device further comprises a safety cover plate and a fracturing device. The safety cover plate, which is assembled with the pot body of the container and located at a top portion of the containing chamber of the pot body of the container, comprises a ventilation region that is formed by a plurality of through holes. The fracturing device, which is disposed between the safety cover plate and the container, comprises a plurality of cutting convex pillars that are utilized to penetrate through the gel luring bait to form the fracture cuts. With the disclosed bait agent device, in the water evapotranspiration process of the gel luring bait, the bait agent can be automatically, progressively and sequentially decomposed at depth via the pulling and dragging between the surface tension and the internal bonding force of the gel luring bait without using external force.
