PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent volatilizer with which volatile substances gasifiable at room temperature are volatilized in a quantitatively stable manner and which is easy in handling and excellent in safety.
SOLUTION: The agent volatilizer comprises: an agent container which stores an agent containing the volatile active component gasifiable at room temperature and a tubular body to be penetrated to the agent container. The agent container is at least partly composed of non-gas-permeable film and is sealed airtight. The tubular body has a hollow in the center with openings at both ends one of which forms a tip part. The agent volatilizer emits the active component into the air through the hollow part of the tubular body as the gas-non-permeable film is fractured by the tip part of the tubular body penetrated to the agent container. In the agent volatilizer, the gap formed due to the break by the tubular body is closed, since the broken part of the gas-non-permeable film has an ability to restore and swells with the active component volatilized when the tubular body is penetrated to the agent container.
