The present invention relates to a novel Irpex sp. JS7 strain and a use thereof and, more specifically, to a novel strain isolated from a tree and having laccase activity and a composition for skin whitening, using same. A culture of the strain provided by the present invention directly bleaches and decomposes the melanin in the stratum corneum, which is exposed on the skin, thereby exhibiting a skin whitening effect within a short time. In addition, the culture acts specifically on melanin and as such, can avoid side effects and toxic effects.La présente invention concerne une nouvelle souche Irpex sp. JS7 et son utilisation et, plus particulièrement, une nouvelle souche isolée à partir d'un arbre et ayant une activité laccase et une composition pour le blanchiment de la peau l'utilisant. Une culture de la souche fournie par la présente invention blanchit directement et décompose la mélanine dans la couche cornée, qui est exposée sur la peau, présentant ainsi un effet de blanchiment de la peau en un court laps de temps. De plus, la culture agit spécifiquement sur la mélanine et, en tant que tel, peut éviter des effets secondaires et des effets toxiques.본 발명은 신규한 이르페스 속 JS7(Irpex sp. JS7) 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 나무에서 분리되어 라카아제 활성을 갖는 신규한 균주와, 이를 이용한 피부 미백용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 균주의 배양액은 피부에 표출된 각질층의 멜라닌을 직접 탈색 및 분해하여 단기간에 미백효과를 볼 수 있고, 또한 멜라닌에 특이적으로 작용하기 때문에 부작용 및 독성 효과를 방지할 수 있다.
