The machine has a reservoir (1) and a metering element (3) which are drivable over differential gears (7) with adjustable rotation speeds by two driving power sources (5,6). The differential gear includes three shafts (8,9,10) in which one shaft is output shaft (8) connected with the drive shaft (4) of the metering element. Other two shafts are connected with the driving power sources in which one power source is formed as a drive motor for changing the rotation speed of the output shaft and other power source is formed by a driving wheel (11) rolling on ground.
