The present invention provides a method, a system, and a program for detecting snoring through a sleeper's sound. A method for detecting snoring according to the present invention comprises the steps of: collecting a sound； charging or discharging a capacitor due to the collected sound； detecting a variance of a capacitance of the capacitor； and determining whether a sleeper snores, on the basis of a result of the detection.La présente invention concerne un procédé, un système et un programme pour détecter le ronflement par l'intermédiaire du son émis par une personne qui dort.
