One example of the present invention provides a composition for preventing or treating melanoma, or a food composition for alleviating melanoma, comprising an extract of Cordyceps militaris or a fraction thereof as an effective component. In particular, the extract of Cordyceps militaris or a fraction thereof according to one example of the present invention comprises cordycepin and exhibits anticancer effects against melanoma via apoptosis in melanoma cells. More specifically, such anticancer effects against melanoma may be obtained, irrespective of genetic variations, by inducing apoptosis in melanoma cells through inhibition of survivin protein expression.Un exemple de la présente invention concerne une composition pour prévenir ou traiter un mélanome, ou une composition alimentaire pour soulager un mélanome, comprenant un extrait de Cordyceps militaris, ou une fraction de celui-ci, utilisé comme constituant efficace. En particulier, l'extrait de Cordyceps militaris, ou une fraction de celui-ci, selon un exemple de la présente invention comprend la cordycépine et présente des effets anti-cancéreux contre un mélanome par apoptose dans des cellules de mélanome.
