One aspect of the present invention relates to an antioxidant composition comprising a ketone fraction of post-fermented tea as an active ingredient. Another aspect of the present invention relates to an antioxidant or antiaging composition comprising, as an active ingredient, 3-O-galloyl-3,3,5,5,7-pentahydroxyflavan separated from a ketone fraction of post-fermented tea, an isomer thereof, an acceptable salt thereof, a prodrug thereof, a hydrate thereof, or a solvate thereof. Accordingly, the present specification can be utilized in various antioxidation- and antiaging-related fields.Un aspect de la présente invention concerne une composition antioxydante comprenant une fraction cétonique de thé post-fermenté en tant que substance active. Un autre aspect de la présente invention concerne une composition antioxydante ou antivieillissement comprenant, en tant que substance active, du 3-O-galloyl-3,3,5,5,7-pentahydroxyflavane séparé dune fraction cétonique de thé post-fermenté, un isomère de celui-ci, un sel acceptable de celui-ci, un promédicament de celui-ci, un hydrate de celui-ci, ou un solvate de celui-ci.
