With respect to production of a scaffold for a jawbone and bone reconstruction and production of a scaffold which can be customized and installed stably on a receptive part while producing the scaffold quickly and accurately so as to install the scaffold immediately after treatment, provided is a scaffold which is capable of being installed stably on wide areas such as tumor and the like or an irregular receptive part. A method for producing a block type scaffold according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: forming a three-dimensional video image of the scaffold, which is supposed to be installed on the receptive part, for bone construction using digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) among CT scan data； separating the three-dimensional video image of the scaffold into a plurality of block images； and printing out the three-dimensional video image using a three-dimensional printer with printing out three-dimensional objects corresponding to the images of the blocks to be separated from each other so as to produce the scaffold.악골 및 골재건을 위한 스캐폴드의 제작에 있어서, 치료 즉시 설치 가능하도록 신속 정확하게 스캐폴드를 제작하는 동시에, 수혜부에 안정적으로 맞춤 설치할 수 있는 스캐폴드를 제작하는 데 있어서, 종양 등의 광범위한 부위 또는 불규칙한 수혜부에 안정적으로 설치 가능한 스캐폴드를 제작하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 블록형 스캐폴드 제작 방법은, CT 촬영 데이터 중 의료 영상 파일(DICOM)을 이용하여 골재건을 위하여 수혜부에 설치될 스캐폴드의 3차원 영상 이미지를 생성하는 단계； 스캐폴드의 3차원 영상 이미지를, 복수의 블록 이미지로 구분하는 단계； 및 스캐폴드의 3차원 영상 이미지를 3차원 프린터를 이용하여 출력하되, 복수의 블록 이미지에 대응하는 3차원 객체가 서로 분리 가능하도록 출력하여 스캐폴드를 제작하는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
