PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve and provide a traction treatment device capable of performing cervical vertebra traction treatment in a substantially lying position, whose treatment effect can be obtained more than cervical vertebra traction in seating position by safe and simple operation in a simple constitution.SOLUTION: This traction treatment device includes: a cervical vertebra traction means and a control part for controlling the operation of the cervical vertebra traction means. The control part controls the operation of the cervical vertebra traction means by correcting the cervical traction force in consideration of influence of dead load of patients head upon the cervical traction force in performing cervical traction in the substantially lying position.
