PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a traction therapy device detects and controls actually-pulling tractive force, however, no traction therapy device quantitatively detects how much optimally an affected part of a patient is pulled and controls the traction therapy using the result thereof.SOLUTION: A strain gauge to be stuck to the back of a patient during a traction therapy is integrated with a stretchable tape so as to measure a stretching distance of the lumbar spine of the patient, while performing the traction therapy. The traction therapy device includes: a control part that, using the integrated strain gauge, acquires measurement data related to the stretching distance of the lumbar spine of the patient and the traction therapy a sensor that can, simultaneously with measurement of the stretching distance of the lumbar spine, measure the stretching distance and a stretching direction of the back traction force measuring means that, simultaneously with measurement of the stretching distance of the lumbar spine, measures the traction force related to the traction therapy and a display part for displaying a traction-therapy propriety display based on the measurement data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】牽引治療装置において、実際に引っ張る牽引力の検出、制御はなされているものの、患者の患部が適正にどれくらい牽引されているか否かの定量的な検出、さらにはそれを利用して牽引治療の制御をしているものがない。【解決手段】牽引治療中、患者の後背部に貼り付けておくための歪ゲージであって、前記患者の腰椎の伸長距離を前記牽引治療しながら測定することができるように、前記歪ゲージと伸縮性テープとを一体化させ、当該歪ゲージを用いて、前記患者の腰椎の伸長距離、及び前記牽引治療に係る測定データを入手する制御部を設け、腰椎の伸長距離を測定すると同時に、背中の伸長距離及び伸長方向を測定することができるセンサを設け、腰椎の伸長距離を測定すると同時に、前記牽引治療に係る牽引力を測定する牽引力測定手段と、これら測定データから牽引治療の適否表示を表示させる表示部を設けた。【選択図】図1
