The invention relates to agriculture and is referred to a sowing drill for sowing small germinated seeds of cultivated plants mixing said seeds with water. A hydroseeder comprises an arranged on a frame tank with a filler neck and an outlet fitting, as well as there are a stopcock, a pipeline, coulters and a system of self-intake of a sowing mixture, comprising a container for germinated seeds with the calibrated pipeline connected with the coulters of the hydroseeder, and the seed container has openings for continuously water sucking, the sizes of which are smaller than the sizes of the seeds, and the number thereof ensures the inflow of water into the seed container in such a manner as to allow it to be constantly filled with water, the place of arranging the sucking openings provides bubbling of the water-seed mixture in the area of entry thereof into the calibrated pipeline, and seed container itself is mounted in an additional working container for water, which is arranged on the frame of the hydroseeder below the tank, connected therewith by the pipeline through a shut-off valve and is provided with a system for maintaining the constant water level made as a float-valve mechanism. The seed container is provided with a regulating shutter, arranged on the horizontal axle, in such a manner as to allow limited rotation, which provides a change in the cross-section of a slit for passage of the seed mixture from the seed container to the calibrated pipes, which bring the water-seed mixture to the coulters of the hydroseeder. An umbrella plate is attached on the shutter in parallel to the axis. Said plate reduces the load of a seed column in the seed container onto suction openings in bottom thereof.
