The present invention relates to a method for growing Pinus thunbergii shoots having soft texture, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) dipping Pinus thunbergii seeds in water, and removing the seeds which float on water for assorting the Pinus thunbergii seeds for sowing； (2) filling granite soil and river sand in the bottom surface of a growing plate successively to form soil for sowing the Pinus thunbergii seeds； (3) sowing the Pinus thunbergii seeds on the soil； (4) supplying water to the Pinus thunbergii seeds, and covering the growing plate with a plastic cover； (5) transferring the growing plate with the Pinus thunbergii seeds into a separate greenhouse； and (6) supplying water to the growing plate inside the greenhouse and controlling the amount of sunshine and the growth temperature to obtain the Pinus thunbergii shoots. The method for growing the Pinus thunbergii shoots enables users to grow the Pinus thunbergii shoots with soft texture for eating raw and for cooking cooked greens and soup. The present invention enables the growth the Pinus thunbergii shoots all year around by installing a separate light shielding film on the outside of the greenhouse.
