The present invention provides a lipid nano-particle containing the following components (a) to (c): (a) a nucleic acid encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or an exogenous T cell receptor (TCR)； (b) a cationic lipid； and (c) a non-cationic lipid.
