摘要：: The present invention pertains to antigen recognizing constructs against COL6A3 antigens. The invention in particular provides novel T cell receptor (TCR) based molecules which are selective and specific for the tumor expressed antigen COL6A3. The TCR of the invention, and COL6A3 antigen binding fragments derived therefrom, are of use for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of COL6A3 expressing cancerous diseases. Further provided are nucleic acids encoding the antigen recognizing constructs of the invention, vectors comprising these nucleic acids, recombinant cells expressing the antigen recognizing constructs and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the invention.本發明涉及針對COL6A3抗原的抗原識別構建體。本發明特別提出了對腫瘤表達抗原COL6A3選擇性和特異性的基於新穎T細胞受器(TCR)的分子。本發明的TCR及其衍生COL6A3抗原結合片段可用於診斷、治療和預防表達COL6A3的癌性疾病。還提出了編碼本發明抗原識別構建體的核酸、包含這些核酸的載體、表達抗原識別構建體的重組細胞以及包含本發明化合物的藥物組合物。
