Accordingly, the present invention can be very useful in developing an environmentally-friendly microbial agricultural pesticide capable of replacing a chemical agricultural pesticide or a chemical fertilizer.본 발명은 세포외 효소 분비능이 있고, 식물병 원인균에 대해 항진균 활성을 가지는 바실러스 서틸리스(Bacillussubtilis) SCBH1435 균주, 상기 바실러스 서틸리스 SCBH1435 균주 또는 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식물병 방제용 미생물 제제 및 상기 바실러스 서틸리스 SCBH1435 균주 또는 이의 배양액의 유효량을 식물 또는 토양에 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 식물병을 방제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명을 이용하면 친환경적이면서 화학농약 또는 화학비료의 사용을 대체할 수 있는 미생물 농약 개발에 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
