The present invention relates to a device for transluminal procedures, wherein a plastic stent can be fixed by a pressing operation so as to allow the plastic stent to be easily moved and to adjust the position thereof and at the same time, to enable the automatic return of the same, thereby maximizing the convenience of a procedure performed by operators and the use thereof. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a case including a front case formed in the shape of a tube and having a holding groove at a rear end thereof, a central case coupled to the front case and having a button hole at a rear end thereof, and a rear case coupled to the central case and having a through hole formed in front of a button groove which comes into contact with the button hole in the center thereof a button which protrudes so as to extend from the rear of a holding end inserted into and penetrating the through hole, and which is supported by an elastic member provided to the button groove of the rear case so as to form a locking member that functions as a returning and holding end after pressing an operation member which is formed in the shape of a tube so as to be inserted into the case and to be moved in the vertical direction an inner wire which is formed to be inserted into the operation member and held by the case and an outer tube which is formed to be fitted with the inner wire while surrounding the same and fixed in front of the operation member.
