Said device comprises a cultivation groove (1) and plant holding cups (2), the cultivation groove (1) comprising an internal space and a top plant holding groove (11); each of the plant holding cups (2) comprises a cup body (21) and a cup edge (22); the plant holding cups (2) can be placed on the plant holding groove (11) along the width direction of the plant holding groove (11); and the plant holding cups (2) can move along the length direction of the plant holding groove (11). Said method comprises: providing n positions along the plant holding groove (11), the positions each corresponding to a plant growth and development period from seedling to harvest, and the positions being in a sequence consistent with the sequence of plant growth and development periods; placing, at each position, a plant holding cup (2) containing a plant at a corresponding growth and development period; and at a prescribed time, harvesting the plant at the nth position, and sequentially moving the plant holding cups (2) at the remaining positions to a position corresponding to the next plant growth and development period.La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé d'hydroponie de plantes.
