A suppository containing an azole antifungal agent and polyethylene glycol, the object of the present invention is to provide a suppository excellent in the elution of an azole antifungal agent. It contains an antifungal agent, (b) polyethylene glycol, (c) bicarbonate, and (d) an organic acid.アゾール系抗真菌薬及びポリエチレングリコールを含有する坐剤において、アゾール系抗真菌薬の溶出性が優れた坐剤を提供することを課題とし、当該課題を解決する坐剤は、（ａ）アゾール系抗真菌薬、（ｂ）ポリエチレングリコール、（ｃ）炭酸水素塩、及び（ｄ）有機酸を含有することを特徴とする。
