PURPOSE: A customized dialysis solution is provided to largely reduce the volume of an acid agent solution and to enable dialysis by properly mixing the acid agent solution and a basic agent solution. CONSTITUTION: A customized dialysis solution contains: an acid agent solution containing a solution in which calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, and citric acid are dissolved； and a basic agent solution contains a solution in which sodium chloride, bicarbonate, potassium chloride, and citrate are dissolved. The acid agent solution contains 600-1600 mmol/L, 160-170 mmol/L of magnesium ion, and 1-600 mmol/L of citric acid ion. The basic agent solution contains 3000-7000 mmol/L of sodium ion, 800-1500 mmol/L of bicarbonate, 1-140 mmol/L of potassium ion, and 1-30 mmol/L of citric acid ion.본 발명은 산성제제 용액의 이온 성분인 나트륨 이온과 칼륨이온을 산성제제 용액에는 첨가하지 않고, 염기성제제 용액에 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 맞춤형 투석용액에 관한 것으로, 통상적으로 종래의 산성제제 용액에 함유된 나트륨 이온과 칼륨이온을 산성제제 용액에는 첨가하지 않는 대신 염기성제제 용액에 첨가함으로써, 산성제제 용액의 부피를 종래 산성제제 용액 용량의 1/10~1/20 정도로 대폭 감소시켜 보관, 이송 및 취급이 용이하고, 특히 산성제제의 용량을 대폭 축소시킴으로써, 필요에 따라서는 두 종류 이상의 농도가 다른 산성제제가 포함된 제제를 사용하여 투석 직전에 환자의 상태에 따라 산성제제 용액과 염기성제제 용액을 적절히 혼합하여 투석하는 맞춤형 투석용액을 제공할 수 있는 것이 장점이다.
