Disclosed are a device and a method for performing a drilling guide through an augmented reality method by using imaging equipment. If a reference location and a reference direction configured for performing drilling on an object exist according to surgical planning, same is converted into an object coordinate system for an object currently being photographed and synthesized on the image. A drilling location and direction are provided through an augmented reality method, thereby helping the decision of a health care provider.Linvention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant deffectuer un guidage de forage par un procédé de réalité augmentée en utilisant un équipement dimagerie. Sil existe un emplacement de référence et une direction de référence configurés pour réaliser le forage sur un objet conformément à la planification chirurgicale, cette dernière est convertie en un système de coordonnées dobjet pour un objet en train dêtre photographié et synthétisé sur limage. Lemplacement et la direction du forage sont produits par un procédé de réalité augmentée, ce qui facilite la décision dun prestataire de soins de santé.영상 장비를 이용하여 증강 현실 방식으로 드릴링 가이드를 수행하는 장치 및 방법이 제시된다. 수술 플래닝에 따라 오브젝트에 대한 드릴링을 하도록 설정된 기준 위치 및 기준 방향이 있는 경우, 이를 현재 촬영되는 오브젝트에 대해 오브젝트 좌표계로 변환하여 영상에 합성한다. 증강 현실 방식으로 드릴링 위치와 방향이 제시되어 의료인의 판단을 돕는다.
