Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for guiding drilling with an augmented reality method by using display equipment. If there are a reference position and a reference direction set to perform drilling with respect to an object according to operation plan, the reference position and direction are converted into an object coordinate with respect to the object which is filmed, and composed with a video. As the position and the direction for drilling are proposed with an augmented reality method, the apparatus helps a health care provider make decisions.영상 장비를 이용하여 증강 현실 방식으로 드릴링 가이드를 수행하는 장치 및 방법이 제시된다. 수술 플래닝에 따라 오브젝트에 대한 드릴링을 하도록 설정된 기준 위치 및 기준 방향이 있는 경우, 이를 현재 촬영되는 오브젝트에 대해 오브젝트 좌표계로 변환하여 영상에 합성한다. 증강 현실 방식으로 드릴링 위치와 방향이 제시되어 의료인의 판단을 돕는다.
