The present process discloses the procedure of making pineapple creme filling for cakes. Mix egg yolks, and condensed milk in a bowl. Add flour, evaporated milk and water to the mixture. Then add fresh pineapple flesh to the mixture. Cook the mixture to spreading consistency. Add aromatic extract, and herb seed, preferably sesame (Sesamum indicum) seeds to the mixture to complete the pineapple fitting creme. Transfer the pineapple filling creme to a bowl and add butter. The pineapple creme is now ready to be used for cake filling.
