PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe operating device capable of surely preventing the mutual interlocking failure of threadeds in a lock mechanism when holding a pressurizing state and capable of making an appropriate pressure adjustment when excessive pressure is applied.SOLUTION: The syringe operating device includes a body part 11 assembling an outer cylinder 2 of a syringe 1, and a movable part 20 assembling a plunger 5 of the syringe 1. A shaft 15 extending in parallel with the syringe 1 is supported in an axially movable manner by the body part 11. The shaft 15 is integrally connected to the movable part 20, and the movable part 20 axially moves with respect to the body part 11. The lock mechanism 30 is formed with an internally threaded part 32 engaged with and released from an externally threaded part 15a of the shaft 15, and provided with a block 31 supported on the body part 11 side through an elastic body 34.
