PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drag device of a fishing reel that includes a braking force adjustment member miniaturized in the radial direction.SOLUTION: A drag device 1 of a fishing reel 100 concerning the present invention is provided for applying the braking force to the spool 120 or a rotary member rotating with the spool. The drag device 1 of the fishing reel 100 includes multiple brake plates 2 penetrated to a support shaft 110 for supporting the spool 120 or the rotary member and applying the friction resistance force to the spool or the rotary member as the braking force, and a braking force adjustment member 7 screwed to the support shaft 110 and adjusting the braking force by the turning operation. The braking force adjustment member 7 includes a pressing force adjustment part 40 displaced in an axial direction of the support shaft 110 by the turning operation and adjusting the pressing force to push the multiple brake plates 2, and a sound emission part 30 for emitting sound in the turning operation.
