An ophthalmoscope with simple focusing mechanism includes an ophthalmoscope appearance, an imaging module and a simple focusing mechanism. Ophthalmoscope with the appearance can be handheld, and equips a monitor that configured for displaying images. The imaging module includes an illumination element and a plurality of groups of optical lenses. An illumination element is configured for illuminating the fundus of the eye. A plurality of groups of optical lenses are configured for converging the reflected light from the fundus of the eye. The simple focusing mechanism includes a lever, an L-shaped connecting rod, a slide rail and an optical image processing module. A lever is configured for providing external force for vertical movement. L-type connecting rod connects the lever and the optical image processing module. The optical image processing module is connected with a slide rail, wherein the L-shaped connecting rod can move the optical image processing module relative to the lever to move horizontally through the slide rail to achieve the focal length adjustment. The optical image processing module includes an optical lens and an image sensing element.
