The present invention discloses a medical apparatus featuring adjustable illumination range, including a body, a light emitting module, an elastic element and a positioning element. The body has a hollow shape, one end of which has a tool head and is fitted with a lens. The other end has a rear opening. The rear opening communicates with the lens through a receiving space in the body. The body is provided with plural first helical grooves at a position corresponding to the rear opening. The light emitting module is movably positioned in the receiving space and has one end comprising a light guide element extending in a direction toward the lens, so that the light generated by the light emitting module is projected to the outside via the light guide element and the lens. The elastic element is so configured as to match with the receiving space, with its two ends abutting, respectively, an inner wall surface of the body and one end of the light emitting module. A plurality of first threads is formed on the positioning element, and the first threads can rotate along the first helical grooves, so that the positioning element can be mounted to the rear opening and abut the other end of the light emitting module.
