The apparatus comprises: a main container (10) connected to a dough tank to guide an input of dough (A) a forming unit (20) installed inside the main container (10) to form the dough (A) inside the main container into a noodle (a) shape having multiple strands and a driving unit (30) driving the forming unit. The forming unit (20) comprises a first and a second impeller (210a, 210b) having multiple pressurizing blades (212). The multiple pressurizing blades (212) are formed on an outer circumferential surface of a driving axis (211) receiving driving force from the driving unit (30) and spaced by a predetermined distance from each other along an axial direction, and are installed to be alternately overlapped in parallel.
