PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root crop harvester capable of unloading a housing container for a harvest at a position pausing no obstacle in work travel, without requiring movement of a machine, by using a recovery container discharging device at a crop recovery part.SOLUTION: In a root crop harvester, a pull-out transportation device (2) which pulls out a crop for transportation and a crop recovery part (4) which recovers a crop in a recovery container are arranged on both side parts of a machine body respectively, and an inheriting transportation device (3) which inherits between them is arranged between them, for travel on a farm field.
