PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter which is configured to be a mechanism without a leaf spring but is capable of changing the shape of a tip part of the catheter on the same plane, by pulling operation wires.SOLUTION: A catheter with deflectable tip comprises: a shaft 10 having a flexible part 10A a tip electrode 20 ring-shaped electrodes 22 and operation wires 31, 32. The flexible part 10A of the shaft 10 is configured as a multi-lumen structure having lumen tubes 11, 12, 13 formed of a resin with relatively high hardness and arranged in a resin with relatively low hardness.
