PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflectable tip catheter which has a mechanism not provided with a leaf spring, and nonetheless enables the shape of a tip part of the catheter to be changed on the same plane.SOLUTION: The deflectable tip catheter includes a shaft 10 having a tip flexible portion 10A, the tip flexible portion 10A is a multilumen structure having a center lumen 11C and sub lumens 111-118 arrayed on the periphery, operation wires 31 and 32 are respectively inserted into the sub lumens 111 and 115 arranged facing each other across the center axis of the catheter shaft 10.
