The present invention relates to a moxibustion combustion rod which molds softened rice husk powder. According to the present invention, an outer shell of rice is coated with silicate to soften rice husk powder which is difficult to be ignited and combusted so as to reduce the silicate contained in rice husk fibers, such that the ignition, combustion, and heating power of the rice husk powder are enhanced. In addition, a non-toxic combustion accelerator, ginseng, a lotus leaf, embryo bud of rice, pine powder (pine leaf), and medicinal powder having an excellent effect of bamboo, or an extract are generally added, thereby having more excellent medicinal effect of a moxibustion compared to mugwort fibers for moxa cautery, having high persistency of heating power, reducing the smoke, and having no unpleasant odor. In addition, microvessels and nerves under the skin are activated by using the characteristics of rice husks emitting far-infrared rays, such that the properties of medicines of a rice husk component promoting blood circulation and metabolism and a functional medicinal material, and an effect of a moxibustion are generally enhanced. According to the moxibustion combustion rod using rice husks of the present invention, the softened rice husk powder is uniformly spread on an aluminum tray having high thermal conductivity to be heated by far-infrared rays, and a self-produced globule of rice husk powder having a large and small bead shape is contained in a cotton bag to be steamed for 1 to 3 hours by a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution of 5 to 10% which is re-heated and cooked in a double boiler, such that the rice husk fibers are preserved, and silicate which is an obstacle for ignition and combustion is reduced, and a combustion accelerator, a functional medicinal material, an adhesive, a reinforcing agent, and an inorganic material are separately added and mixed with a moxibustion rod composition in which charcoal powder, wood powder, and a pulp slurry are se
