Light receiving surface for the action is configured to receive light for action such that light for action enters the waveguide on the light receiving surface for the exposure. Main surface has a light output window for action and is configured to transmit light for action such that light for action exits the waveguide into the light exit window for action. Surface of light output for imaging is located relative to main surface to receive light reflected from main surface due to complete internal reflection in places where skin does not contact with main surface during operation.
