PURPOSE: A grain puffing apparatus is provided to control the pressure in between an autoclave and a pressurizing cover for puffing various kinds of grains. CONSTITUTION: A grain puffing apparatus includes an autoclave, a pressurizing cover, a heating source, and a pressure controller. The autoclave(110) is installed on a main body(100) for storing grains. The pressurizing cover(120) pressurizes the autoclave to apply the predetermined pressure. The heating source heats the grains inside the autoclave.
