A popping caldron according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pressure caldron for accommodating and heating grains and the like, and coupled with a pressure cover to apply pressure thereto and a housing covering a pressure caldron, having an operation panel adhered on a front surface thereof, and having a component mounted thereon. The pressure cover for blocking a leakage of pressure by sealing an opening part in a hinged door type is disposed in an opening part of the pressure caldron, and a discharge hole for discharging expansion steam is punched in the center of the pressure cover, so an expansion valve which can open and close the discharging hole can be integrally coupled or bolt-coupled with the pressure cover. Grains and the like fed in the pressure caldron are steamed with a setting such as temperature and pressure of an operation panel, and the expansion valve is rapidly opened at particular pressure, so grains and the like fed in the pressure caldron are expanded.
