The present invention discloses a system for establishing a big data based artificial intelligence (AI) radiation therapy plan, and to a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for establishing a big data based AI radiation therapy plan comprises: a storage unit which stores clinical data of existing patients; an interface unit which receives input by a user and outputs fixed results; a therapy area analysis unit which sets a contour in image data of a patient subject to a therapy according to the input by the user through the interface unit; and a therapy plan establishment unit which selects clinical data similar to the clinical data of the patient subject to a therapy as reference clinical data among the clinical data of the existing patients, generates a modified dose distribution map by modifying a dose distribution map of the reference clinical data according to a designated reference value, conducts simulated application of the modified dose distribution map to the reference clinical data, and then outputs a therapy plan according to the modified dose distribution map when a predicted therapy effect reaches a designated grade. Therefore, the system and the method for establishing a big data based AI radiation therapy plan are able to establish an effective radiation therapy plan for a patient subject to a therapy based on AI by using a deep learning algorithm based on a big data capable of accumulating clinical data of the existing patients.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018빅데이터 기반 인공지능 방사선 치료계획 수립시스템 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 빅데이터 기반 인공지능 방사선 치료계획 수립시스템은 기존 환자들의 임상데이터를 저장하는 저장부; 사용자의 입력을 수신하고, 소정의 결과물을 출력하는 인터페이스부; 인터페이스부를 통한 사용자의 입력에 따라, 치료대상 환자의 영상데이터에서 윤곽(contour)을 설정하는 치료부위 분석부; 및 기존 환자들의 임상데이터 중에서 치료대상 환자의 임상데이터와 유사한 임상데이터를 레퍼런스 임상데이터로 선정하고, 레퍼런스 임상데이터의 선량분포도를 지정된 기준치에 따라 수정하여 수정된 선량분포도를 생성하고, 수정된 선량분포도를 레퍼런스 임상데이터에 모의 적용한 후, 예상되는 치료효과가 지정된 성적을 달성하는 경우, 수정된 선량분포도에 따른 치료계획을 출력하는 치료계획 수립부를 포함한다.
