The rolling cuff having a distal end, a proximal end, an inner diameter forming a first elongated tubular section substantially adjacent to the tube, and an outer diameter forming a second elongated tubular section. The rolling cuff being positioned towards the distal end of the tube. The rolling cuff including a single attachment portion for attaching a portion of the first elongated tubular section to the tube, wherein the single attachment portion allows the rolling cuff to roll from the distal end of the tube towards the proximal end of the tube to expose an ultrasound imaging marker disposed on the first elongated tubular section.La présente invention concerne un ensemble de tube trachéal pour lintubation dun patient comportant un ballonnet roulant apte à être positionné sur un tube présentant une extrémité distale et une extrémité proximale. Le ballonnet roulant présentant une extrémité distale, une extrémité proximale, un diamètre intérieur formant une première section de forme tubulaire et allongée sensiblement adjacente au tube, et un diamètre extérieur formant une section de forme tubulaire et allongée. Le ballonnet roulant est positionné vers lextrémité distale du tube. Le ballonnet roulant comporte une unique partie de fixation pour la fixation dune partie de la première section de forme tubulaire et allongée, lunique partie de fixation permettant le roulement du ballonnet roulant depuis lextrémité distale du tube vers lextrémité proximale du tube pour lexposition dun marqueur dimagerie ultrasonore disposé sur la première section de forme tubulaire et allongée.
