PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to image a picture suitable for diagnosis with a simple configuration, in a composite apparatus of a fundus camera and OCT.SOLUTION: An ophthalmology imaging apparatus comprising a fundus camera optical system for imaging a fundus front picture of a subject's eye and an OCT optical system which is coaxially provided with at least part of an optical axis of the fundus camera optical system and is for acquiring a fundus tomographic picture of the subject's eye comprises a fixation optical system. The fixation optical system includes a fixation target display body on which a plurality of fixation lamps selectively controlled so as to be turned on are arranged and projects a fixation target onto a fundus of the subject's eye through the fundus camera optical system and part of an optical path of the OCT optical system. The fixation target display body comprises: a first fixation lamp which is arranged at a position shifting with respect to the optical axis of the fundus camera optical system and is for performing standard imaging of the fundus of the subject's eye by using the fundus camera optical system; and a second fixation lamp which is arranged on the same axis as an optical axis of the OCT optical system and is for acquiring a fundus tomographic picture centering around a yellow spot by using the OCT optical system.
