The present invention relates to a dry type lower body bathing apparatus which has small power consumption by a regenerative action and emits a large amount of far-infrared radiation and anion which are beneficial to a human body and, more specifically, to a lower body bathing apparatus which is able to conveniently and easily control the tilt angle of the back of a chair.
