PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress return of a plunger/gasket of a syringe including a prescribed amount of drug solution sucked therein.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 includes: a syringe body 2 including a syringe needle attachment part 7 at a front end a gasket 3 capable of longitudinally sliding inside the syringe body 2 and a plunger 4 connected to the gasket 3.
