PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe gasket pressing tool capable of outputting a sound for every rotation by a prescribed amount of a plunger in pressing advance movement of the gasket, in a liquid medicine discharge time.SOLUTION: A syringe gasket pressing tool comprises: an assembly 6 comprising a gasket pressing member 8 and a sound generation member 9；a syringe attachment member 4； and a plunger 5. The plunger comprises a syringe attachment member side screw part 55 screwed to a syringe attachment member side screw part 46 and a strumming rib 54, the sound generation member 9 comprises elastically deformable pawl parts 92, 93, and the gasket pressing member has wall parts 88, 89 coming into contact with the pawl parts. The pawl parts comprise, respectively, toe parts 92a, 93a protruded from the wall parts.
