PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection syringe adaptor capable of facilitating at least one of the attachment of a filter to an injection syringe and the attachment of a filling needle to the injection syringe.SOLUTION: An injection syringe adaptor that can be attached to a storage type injection syringe having a storage type needle includes a seal member and an adaptor body, the adaptor body including at least two body members that cooperate to hold the seal member inside the adaptor. Any one body member is detachably attached to a barrel of the injection syringe, and any one body member includes an attachment part. A filter member that filters fluid when the injection syringe is filled with the fluid is either detachably attached to the attachment part or is formed integrally with the attachment part so that specific materials, impurities, etc. are removed. Or, the filter material may be arranged inside the injection syringe adaptor.
