Use of a compound having the formula (I) in the preparation of a medicament composition comprising from about 1.0% to about 25% of said compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, for topical administration to skin of an area of a mammalian subject suffering from hyperhidrosis, before bedtime, such that compared to untreated, baseline conditions, sweat production is reduced by at least about 25% for at least about six (6) hours.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation du composé de formule (I) dans la préparation d'une composition médicamenteuse comprenant environ 1,0 % à environ 25 % dudit composé et un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable, pour l'administration topique sur la peau d'une zone d'un sujet mammifère souffrant d'hyperhidrose, avant le coucher, de telle sorte que, par rapport à des conditions de référence non traitées, la production de sueur soit réduite d'au moins environ 25 % pendant au moins environ six (6) heures.
