Dietary compositions containing at least one carbohydrate are described herein, as well as methods for their preparation and use. A premix dietary composition may include a fatty acid component and a carbohydrate component. The fatty acid component may include at least about 90% saturated fatty acid by weight. The fatty acid component may be present in the dietary composition in an amount of at least about 30% by weight of the dietary composition.La présente invention concerne des compositions alimentaires contenant au moins un hydrate de carbone ainsi que leurs méthodes de préparation et dutilisation.
