PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing apparatus effectively washing a washing subject to vertically float and submerge by entirely evenly blowing the subject from a bottom with sufficient blowing power while dispersing washing water or aerated water entirely evenly over a washing tank.SOLUTION: The food washing apparatus includes: the washing water tank 2 a filtration water tank 7a pressure water pipe 51 extended from a circulation pump 8 that is arranged to face upward at a center of the bottom surface of the washing water tank a spray nozzle device 6 connected to an upward edge of the pressure pipe a bubble generator 4 for aeration that is disposed in the middle of the pressure pipe and a washing basket 9.
