The invention relates to an eye mask adapted to cover the eyes and the eyelids of a user. The mask comprises a main body (1) comprising electrical heating means (14) and a battery (15) configured to supply the electrical heating means (14) and a removable member (2) removably linked to the main body (1). The removable member comprises a wall forming a reservoir provided with retaining orifices adapted to retain a liquid, in particular water, under the effect of the surface tension between said liquid and walls of the orifices.
