The present invention relates to an auto-antibody binding specifically to an eukaryotic translation initiation factor 3 subunit A (EIF3A) protein, which is an exosomal protein, or a fragment comprising an antigen-binding site of the auto-antibody, a hybridoma cell line for generating the auto-antibody, a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of the antigen-binding site and binding specifically to the auto-antibody, a composition for diagnosing liver cancer comprising an agent for measuring the expression level of a fragment containing the auto-antibody or an antigen-binding site thereof, a diagnostic kit for liver cancer comprising the composition, and a method for providing information for diagnosing liver cancer by means of the composition.
