PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems to be caused with aging, such as a cervical herniated disc, which causes stiff shoulders, headache, paralysis, arteriosclerosis and poor circulation.SOLUTION: In order to improve the poor physical conditions that are caused by the cervical herniated disc, a manual neck therapeutics instrument is employed.
