PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire that can be fixed to a desired position in an organism without a burden on the organism.SOLUTION: The guide wire includes an adhesion part 40 on which multiple projection parts 50 are disposed in at least part of the surface thereof.
