PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional vibration absorber capable of removing torsional vibrations more efficiently while making changes of respective parts of the conventional devices unnecessary or minimum.SOLUTION: The torsional vibration absorber includes a first member 1 rotating around a center shaft S1, a second member 2 rotating around a center shaft S2 and a coil spring 3 whose one end 31 is restrained with the first member 1 and the other end 32 is restrained with the second member 2.
