The present invention relates to a device for removing an astringent persimmon and, specifically, to a device for removing an astringent persimmon, capable of obtaining a processed persimmon of high quality by discharging air flowing from the inside of a sealed drying furnace into an air chamber among the air and carbon dioxide by the air chamber and a solenoid valve so that carbon dioxide of high purity is formed in the sealed drying furnace. According to the present invention, the device for removing an astringent persimmon comprises: the sealed drying furnace (10) having a loading unit capable of loading the astringent persimmon inside a carbon dioxide supply unit (20) for supplying the carbon dioxide into the sealed drying furnace (10) the air chamber (30) discharging the air flowing inside after the carbon dioxide and the air in the sealed drying furnace (10) flow inside when the inner pressure of the sealed drying furnace (10) is increased due to the supply of carbon dioxide by being installed on the inside of the sealing drying furnace (10) and the solenoid valve (40) installed on the air chamber (30) by a connection pipe (41) to discharge the air discharged from the air chamber (30) to the outside.본 발명은 떫은 감 탈삽장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 밀폐건조로 내부에서 에어챔버로 유입된 공기와 이산화탄소 중 공기를 상기 에어챔버 및 솔레노이드밸브에 의해 배출함으로써 밀폐건조로 내부에 고순도의 이산화탄소가 형성되도록 함으로써 고품질의 가공감을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 떫은 감 탈삽장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내부에 떫은 감을 적재할 수 있도록 하는 적재대가 마련된 밀폐건조로(10)와, 상기 밀폐건조로(10)의 내부로 이산화탄소를 공급하기 위한 이산화탄소 공급수단(20)을 포함하여 구성된 탈삽장치에 있어서, 상기 밀폐건조로(10)의 내부와 연통되게 설치되어 이산화탄소의 공급에 의한 상기 밀폐건조로(10)의 내부압 증가시, 상기 밀폐건조로(10) 내부의 공기와 이산화탄소가 유입된 후, 유입된 공기를 배출할 수 있도록 하는 에어챔버(30)와, 상기 에어챔버(30)에서 배출된 공기를 외부로 토출할 수 있도록 상기 에어챔버(30)에 연결관(41)를 매개로 연결되게 설치된 솔레노이드밸브(40)를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
